I. By adopting the ideal "High-Speed Universal Integrated Mounting Head", it achieves both high speed and versatility at an advanced level

1. High-Speed Universal Integrated Mounting Head

Further improvements have been made to the "single mounting head solution", which eliminates the need to change mounting heads and allows for the mounting of a wide range of components while maintaining high speed. Two types of mounting heads are available, and the high-speed universal mounting head can also handle ultra-small (0201mm) chip components.

● High-Speed Capable

HM: High-Speed Multi Mounting Head

A universal mounting head that not only offers high speed but also versatility, capable of handling components from ultra-small 0201mm parts to large components measuring 55×100mm with a height of 15mm.

● Irregular Shape (FM: Flexible Multi) Mounting Head

A mounting head with an exceptionally wide range of component compatibility, supporting load control, from ultra-small 03015mm components to tall components measuring 55×100mm with a height of 28mm, as well as ultra-large components.



2. Achieves an exceptional mounting capacity of 95,000 CPH (under company-specific conditions)

By improving the motion from component pickup to mounting and increasing the speed of the XY axes, the mounting speed has been increased by 5% compared to previous models, reaching 95,000 CPH. (YSM20R)



3. Significantly improved real-world production capability

By adopting a new wide-area scanning camera, the size of components that can be mounted at high speed has been expanded from £8mm to £12mm. Additionally, with side lighting, spherical electrode components such as CSP/BGA can be recognized at high speed.



4. Two types of beam structures

Depending on mounting capacity and production requirements, the X-axis can be configured with either a dual-beam or single-beam structure, achieving a versatile platform.

The required conveyor system can be selected from dual-conveyor or single-track specifications. The maximum supported substrate size is L810×W490mm (for dual-conveyor or single-track models when mounting one substrate). The single-track model also includes a cost-effective M-size specification. (Maximum substrate size L360×W490mm)

Detects the presence and pickup status of components without delaying mounting time.



2. Exhaust station

Through its automatic exhaust cleaning function, it maintains the cleanliness of the nozzles over extended periods.



3. High-speed intelligent recognition

Equipped with "High-Speed Intelligent Recognition" as standard, enabling the quick creation of recognition data for uniquely shaped components and achieving highly reliable component recognition.



IV. Enables efficient feeding

1. No-stop tray feeder ATS device "sATS30NS"

This device adds new functions to the 30-layer automatic tray changing feeder "sATS30", allowing empty trays to be discharged and new trays to be supplied while maintaining automatic operation. By replacing automatically discharged empty trays with new ones, simply pressing the supply button automatically loads the new trays into the tray magazine for unified installation.



2. Newly developed Auto Loading Feeder

A newly developed Auto Loading Feeder allows tape replenishment without stopping the equipment. Using Yamaha's proprietary center-open method, it reduces pickup errors caused by fluff or static discharge during tape peeling. Additionally, it eliminates the need for tape end recovery, significantly improving equipment operation rates.



3. No-stop feeder batch replacement system

A shutter-style cover with an openable pickup section is installed at the opening for feeder cart replacement. When the cart is removed, the shutter automatically closes, allowing cart replacement without stopping the equipment, thereby improving the mounter's operation rate.



4. ZS Feeder

A thin, lightweight, compact single-track electric smart feeder. Options are available for models without no-stop feeder replacement functionality.
